Astra was born from years spent inside the financial industry, watching people get left behind by a system that was never designed for them. We're building the advocate we wish our customers had when we were on the other side of the table.
Our founder spent years inside one of America's largest banks and kept watching the same pattern: the more complex the system became, the more it cost the people it was supposed to serve. The customers who most needed an advocate were the ones who could least afford one. Financial guidance had become a luxury good, and everyone else was left to navigate insurance, retirement, taxes, and debt alone.
Astra Financial, Inc. was incorporated with a single mission: give every household and small business a financial advocate with no conflicting incentives. We architected the core platform around one idea: each customer gets a single, dedicated advisor that knows their whole picture, works across every channel, and answers only to them.
The platform is built and functional: linked accounts for a complete financial picture, insurance and retirement guidance with defined milestones and authoritative sources, budgeting and monitoring included, and guided help through major life events. Access is expanding through an invite-only early access program, with our first customers onboard.
Limited launch for individuals and the first release of Astra for small businesses: employee benefits management, cash-flow forecasting, and fractional-CFO capabilities at a price small businesses can actually afford.
Full public launch, with tax preparation and planning joining insurance, retirement, and everyday money, plus a white-label platform that lets banks, brokerages, and advisory firms give every customer a dedicated financial advocate.
